RETURNS AND POSTAGE
Living in the UK?
We send all UK post using Royal Mail, all orders are sent 1st class and the price of postage is dependent on the weight of your item.
We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order has been posted.
We always aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days, in some circumstances it can take longer.
Are you in Europe or Rest of the World?
If you live outside the UK we can ship internationally for £13, (For orders up to 750g) or £18, (For orders between 750g-2kg).
We will always send your parcel tracked and signed for. Please note that unfortunately, custom/tax fees are out of our hands and it is, therefore, the customer’s responsibility to pay these.
Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched, in some circumstances it can take longer. We always aim to dispatch your order the same or the following day.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you love your item, but if for some (strange) reason that you don’t, we are happy to accept a refund if returned within 14 days. The refunded item must be returned in an unworn and still perfect condition.
If your item doesn’t fit, we are happy to exchange it for another size for you.
To exchange or refund please contact us at email@example.com – We will send you the return address and all the details of what to do.
You will have to cover the cost of your postage and suggest to send it with recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for goods that are not received.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie (strapped in buckle top) and swimwear is non-returnable.
